Benevento's Italian winger Davide Lamesta has been suggested as a potential target for Hearts as they look to add a player for the opposite flank to incoming signing Josh McPake. The 26-year-old would not be an expensive acquisition and contributed nine goals and 18 assists across 37 Serie C games this season. Lamesta joined Benevento in July 2024, and his contract there runs until June 2027.
