Nineteen-year-old Croatian defender David Vujević has completed a transfer from Zürich to Italian Serie B club Carrarese for a fee of 1.5 million euros. The Swiss-born player signed a contract until the summer of 2030, becoming the most expensive signing in the club's 118-year history. The move comes after a season in which Vujević made 20 appearances for Zürich in the Swiss league and also made his debut for the Croatia U21 national team, for which he has two caps. His current Transfermarkt market value is €1.20m.
