Slovenian international Danijel Šturm, aged 26, has joined the ambitious Czech top-flight club Sigma Olomouc, which is his first move abroad. Šturm revealed that the transfer process was very quick. He explained that his agent presented him with an offer from a good club with an interesting project immediately after his last match with Celje. After taking one or two days to think it over, Šturm said his decision was clear. He was persuaded by the vision presented to him in conversations with general sports director Hapal and coach Janotka, which he said made the choice to join simple.
