Union Brescia and Livorno were both in competition for SudTirol's 33-year-old Italian midfielder Daniele Casiraghi, but Ravenna has advanced in its effort to sign him. According to corriereromagna.it, Ravenna is attempting to finalize the transfer in the coming hours after offering a two-year contract that includes an option for an additional year if the club is promoted to Serie B. The transfer will also involve midfielder Matteo Rossetti moving to SudTirol. Casiraghi, who has three caps and one goal for Italy U20, joined FC Südtirol in July 2019 and his contract is set to expire in June 2027. His current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €600k.
