Sigma Olomouc hopes that Daniel Vašulín could return to the club after his parent club, Viktoria Plzeň, recalled him early from his loan spell where he was the league's top scorer with nine goals. Coach Tomáš Janotka confirmed that discussions with Plzeň are occurring and that Plzeň is not expected to decide quickly. Janotka stated that if Vašulín does not get sufficient playing time, Sigma will make every effort to bring him back before the transfer window closes. However, chairman Ondřej Navrátil noted that Vašulín is a Plzeň player and that Sigma would likely not want another loan agreement, mentioning how Plzeň exercised its right to recall him after he started performing well.
