Daniel Nunoo, a young player for Rapid, was apparently one of the players who interested the German club. The match against Salzburg was the 19-year-old Ghanaian's fifth competitive game for SK Rapid's first team. Nunoo moved from Ghana to Rapid in 2024 for a fee of 25,000 euros and has scored one goal and provided one assist.
