Dani Villahermosa, who had one year remaining on his contract with Andorra, is set to join Real Oviedo for the upcoming season. Real Oviedo, which was relegated to Segunda, will pay a fee of 700,000 euros in installments for the 25-year-old Spanish midfielder. Last season, Villahermosa was a key player for the Andorran side, contributing 7 goals and 7 assists over 41 matches. He had arrived on a free transfer from Castellón the previous summer. In his new club, he will reunite with sporting director David Fernández, who knows him from his time in Espanyol's youth setup, and will be managed by coach Julián Calero. The player was also linked with Elche and has a current market value of €1.50m, according to Transfermarkt.
