The decision by Nottingham Forest to demand a sale instead of a new loan has, for now, distanced the Brazilian from Piraeus, because Forest's demands change the terms of the agreement. The option for a move to Olympiacos could become available again at the end of the month if Vasco da Gama does not meet the financial demands.

Olympiakos may sign Cuiabano, but the move depends on other developments. It is reported that an opportunity to add a left-back will arise if Trabzonspor makes an official proposal for Bruno. In that event, Cuiabano could join the club, provided Nottingham Forest does not keep him following his return from a loan at Botafogo and instead makes him available again.
