Columbus Crew and Celta de Vigo have both contacted PSV to negotiate a possible deal for winger Couhaib Driouech. Both clubs are acting after Driouech's transfer to Rangers did not proceed due to a disagreement between the doctors of the two clubs during the medical examination.
