According to SkySport, Bari have shown concrete interest in Cosimo Patierno, an Avellino striker, as an option for their attack. The club has made an inquiry for the 35-year-old Italian forward as one of its first moves ahead of the upcoming Serie C campaign, following a recent relegation. Patierno is considered an appealing option for Bari after a season with the Campanian side that ended in the playoffs. He joined Avellino in July 2023 and his contract is valid until June 2028. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value at €150k. Casarano has also been linked with the striker.
