Christos Mandas Transfer from Lazio to Genoa
Genoa is considering Christos Mandas, Lazio's 24-year-old second goalkeeper and a Greek international, as a third option in their search for a new goalkeeper, which is being led by new sporting director Diego Lopez. The club reportedly first wanted Mattia Perin from Juventus but was rejected, and their second choice is Dominik Livaković. Mandas has two caps for Greece, has made no appearances in Serie A this season, and is under contract until June 2029. His current market value is €5.00m, according to Transfermarkt. Other clubs, including Juventus and Wolverhampton Wanderers, have also been linked with him. Recent reports from December 2025 state that Lazio values the player at over €10 million. In summer 2025, his valuation was reported to be between €20 million and €30 million, when a Wolverhampton offer of around €20 million was mentioned.
