Lierse has signed Christian Kouam, a 20-year-old midfielder with both Belgian and German citizenship, on a contract until 2029. The transfer was completed with assistance from shareholder One Touch Football. Kouam is a former Belgian youth international, having played at the U18 and U19 levels, and received his youth training at Bayern München. He joins from Grasshopper, where he spent the last year and a half primarily with the reserves. Kouam made his debut for the senior team on the final matchday of the Swiss league, scoring a goal in the match. During the 2025/2026 season, he scored 6 goals in 25 appearances for the reserves. Transfermarkt lists his current market value as €125k.
