Laola1.at reports on the loan signing of Christian Huetz by Austria Salzburg from WSG Tirol. On Tuesday, the second-division side Austria Salzburg announced the loan signing of the 19-year-old Austrian offensive player from WSG Tirol. According to the club, Huetz joins until the end of the season. He arrives alongside teammate Lukas Schweighofer, who also signed on loan. Last season, Huetz made eleven appearances for the first team in the ADMIRAL Bundesliga and scored seven goals in seven appearances in the Regionalliga Tirol. He joined WSG Tirol in July 2025, and his contract there is valid until June 30, 2027; his current Transfermarkt market value is €150k. Roland Kirchler, Austria Salzburg's sporting director, noted that he was familiar with the players from their time in the academy. Kirchler also praised them as being well-trained and having excellent characters.
