A club from the Scottish top has contacted the management of Cherrion Valerius, a 20-year-old right-back with Curacao and Netherlands nationality. This club initially wanted to complete a transfer with NAC Breda in the summer, but may act sooner because of interest from MLS, with Minnesota United recently linked with the player. Valerius, who joined NAC Breda in July 2024, has a contract until June 2028. In the current Eredivisie season, he has made 18 appearances. His current market value is estimated at €700k by Transfermarkt.
