Salernitana acquired Cesare Galeotti on a permanent basis as a free agent, according to Tuttomercato. The player underwent physical tests with the rest of the group.

Tuttomercato reports that Cesare Galeotti, who played for Trapani last season, has signed a contract with Salernitana until 30 June 2028. Salernitana announced that an agreement has been reached with the goalkeeper, born in 2002. Galeotti returns to Serie C after making 40 appearances and keeping eight clean sheets with Trapani last season.

According to Tuttomercato, Salernitana has closed a deal with Trapani for Italian goalkeeper Cesare Galeotti. Galeotti is a goalkeeper born in 2002 who came through the SPAL youth system. He is expected to join his new club in the next few hours. He made 38 appearances for Trapani in the 2025/2026 Serie C season after joining the club in July 2025. His current Transfermarkt market value is €350k. Foggia had also been linked with a move for the goalkeeper.
