Southampton midfielder Caspar Jander is the subject of interest from Dutch club Ajax and the Bundesliga pair of RB Leipzig and VfB Stuttgart. According to Florian Plettenberg, the clubs are observing the 22-year-old's circumstances. Plettenberg also identified him as a player to observe before the summer transfer window. The German midfielder is reportedly prepared for the next stage of his career and has a current valuation between €15-25 million, which is about £13-22 million. Jander moved to Southampton from 1. FC Nurnberg in the summer on a four-year contract, with the fee reported by BBC Sport as being approximately £10.4 million. The German U21 international has made 27 appearances in the Championship this season, scoring two goals.
