Callum Marshall Transfer from West Ham United to VfL Bochum 1848
Northern Irish forward Callum Marshall, 21, is close to joining Bochum on loan from the English club West Ham United, with only the final details of the transfer still to be clarified. Bochum is looking for offensive reinforcement and hopes the forward will join the team soon. Marshall is a 14-cap international who has not yet scored for his country. Potential bureaucratic hurdles exist as neither Northern Ireland nor Turkey is an EU member. During the first half of the season, Marshall made two brief appearances for West Ham's senior team and also played for the U21s, where in ten competitive games he registered six goals and one assist. His contract with West Ham runs until June 2027. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €2.00m.
