Perth Glory have signed 25-year-old Australian midfielder Calem Nieuwenhof on a one-year loan from Scottish Premiership club Hearts. Calem Nieuwenhof is looking forward to making a return to the A-League with Glory. Glory Football Director Stan Lazaridis stated that securing Calem Nieuwenhof's services is a significant signing for the club for the 2026-27 campaign. Nieuwenhof joined Hearts in July 2023 and his contract with the Scottish club runs until May 2027. He has been capped 7 times for the Australia U23 national team and has a current market value of €800k, according to Transfermarkt.
