Internacional and Cruzeiro are interested in signing 28-year-old Brazilian forward Bruno Rodrigues on loan for the next season. According to reports, Internacional's interest was initially published by Zero Hora and later confirmed by ESPN. The request for the player at the Porto Alegre club was made by their new coach, Paulo Pezzolano, who previously worked with Rodrigues at Cruzeiro. Cruzeiro is also considering the forward's return as they seek attacking alternatives for their upcoming CONMEBOL Libertadores campaign. While the interested clubs have been in contact with the player's agent, no formal offers have been presented to Palmeiras. Palmeiras is reportedly open to a transfer, not due to a recent act of indiscipline by the player, but because of strong competition for his position, especially as the club is looking to sign new forwards. Rodrigues joined Palmeiras in January 2024 and his contract runs until the end of 2028. His current market value is listed by Transfermarkt as €1.50m, while his transfer from Tombense cost a reported €4.7 million in January 2024.
