Bruno Onyemaechi is for sale in the summer as Olympiacos has decided to renew its left-back position. Onyemaechi is under contract until 2028. If a Greek left-back is found, one of either Ortega or Bruno Onyemaechi may remain in the squad, but the other's role would be significantly reduced.

Bruno Onyemaechi's progress is being closely monitored by teams from Spain, Portugal, and France, which may increase competition for the 26-year-old Nigerian left-back. He joined his current club, Olympiacos, in January 2025 from Boavista for a reported fee of €2.5 million. Onyemaechi has since earned 25 caps for the Nigerian national team and has made 6 appearances in the Super League 1 in the 2025/26 season. His contract with the Greek club runs until June 2028, and Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €2.50m.
