Bruno Guimarães Transfer from Newcastle United to Al Ittihad
ESPN BR has reported that Al Ittihad is interested in acquiring Bruno Guimarães from Newcastle. Bruno Guimarães, who is a key player for both Newcastle and the Brazilian national team, is being pursued by Al Ittihad in Saudi Arabia. According to reports, Alexis Malavolta, who is Bruno's agent, visited Saudi Arabia last week to meet with Al Ittihad's management. The club reportedly views the midfielder as a priority for the upcoming season. Al Ittihad is prepared to pay the release clause of 120 million euros to secure Bruno's immediate transfer. Bruno's current contract with Newcastle is set to run until the end of the 2027/2028 season. While the salary has not been discussed yet, it is understood that Bruno's team is not considering any offers below 40 to 50 million euros per year.
Bruno Guimarães, a Brazilian midfielder at Newcastle, is being targeted by Saudi clubs for the next transfer window. Al-Ittihad, the team of Benzema, has already made contact with him. Despite being a Newcastle idol and captain, he is open to offers due to the financial attractiveness of the Saudi market, although he prefers to stay in European football. The Saudi sovereign fund is keen to invest in elite athletes during the summer transfer window, and Guimarães is one of their main targets. Transfermarkt currently estimates his market worth at 80 million euros.
