Bruno Duarte Transfer from Crvena Zvezda to Houston Dynamo
Bruno Duarte is almost set to sign with Houston Dynamo. Zvezda bought him last summer from Farense for 2 million euros after he scored 13 goals in Portugal last season. Although he only started one match in the Champions League without scoring, he managed nine goals in the Serbian league, leading to a transfer that triples the initial investment.
Houston Dynamo has traveled to Belgrade for negotiations. If the transfer is completed, Crvena zvezda intends to provide opportunities to young attackers by the end of the season. The expected offer is six million dollars, which is believed to be satisfactory to Crvena zvezda's management, leading to a profit of four million dollars since Duarte was acquired from Farense for two million dollars, as reported by Sportal. There had been previous interest from Saudi Arabia for Duarte, but Crvena zvezda declined a five million dollar offer. Bruno Duarte has participated in 27 matches for Crvena zvezda since his arrival in the summer of 2024, scoring 10 goals and assisting in three.
