Brian Gutiérrez is a Mexican-American attacking midfielder currently with the Chicago Fire, a Major League Soccer (MLS) team where he had a notable performance during the last season. He will now seek to compete in Liga MX for the year of the North America World Cup. The 22-year-old player, who has been with the Chicago Fire since March 2020, will join "El Rebaño" to strengthen the squad for the 2026 Clausura. The transfer for Brian Gutiérrez will cost $4.5 million, which is slightly more than 82 million Mexican pesos. The contract will be signed for the next three years. Although he also holds American nationality, his Mexican passport was recently issued, which means he will have no problems playing for Chivas.
