Brian De Keersmaecker has drawn interest and has a release clause in his contract. He has not featured for Oxford in pre-season or in last week's Carabao Cup defeat at Leyton Orient.

Several German Bundesliga sides are interested in signing Oxford United's 26-year-old Belgian midfielder, Brian De Keersmaecker, this summer. De Keersmaecker joined the club in July 2025. According to Transfermarkt, he has a current market value of €2.50m.
