Wolverhampton Wanderers have enquired about a potential deal for CD Tondela's Colombian centre-back Brayan Medina. It is widely expected that the 24-year-old will secure a summer transfer after Tondela's relegation from Liga Portugal, and he is also receiving interest from other clubs. It is noted that the Greek club Olympiacos and Italy's Genoa could both submit offers in the coming days. Medina, who has one cap for Colombia's U23 side, joined Tondela in July 2025 for a fee reported to be €2.5 million and made 25 appearances in the league last season. His contract is valid until 2030, and in January 2026 it was reported to contain a €50 million release clause. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €3.00m.
