Branimir Hrgota is set to leave SpVgg Greuther Fürth after seven years at the club. The 33-year-old Swedish and Croatian captain, a centre-forward, is close to completing a transfer to Hertha BSC. It is reported that Hrgota has already reached an agreement with the Berlin-based club. The move would allow the offensive player to reunite with coach Stefan Leitl, whom he knows from their time together at Fürth. Hrgota, who has three caps for Sweden, has a contract with Fürth until June 30, 2026, and his current Transfermarkt market value is €500k.
