Debreceni VSC received an official offer from Scandinavia for their 22-year-old Hungarian midfielder, Botond Vajda, but the transfer did not proceed. Vajda joined the club in July 2023, has a contract until 2027, and has been capped 14 times for the Hungary U21 team, scoring one goal. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €300k. Turkish club Kayserispor has also been linked with a move for the player.
