Fiorentina have reached a verbal agreement with Everton to sign Beto, and the deal is arranged. A medical is booked for Monday, according to SkySport. Beto has agreed to the move and will travel to Florence on Monday morning for medical tests and to sign his contract. Fabrizio Romano provided the details that Everton have approved the permanent transfer for a €17m fee and will get a new striker before the deadline.

Fiorentina will sign Portuguese striker Beto from Everton for a fee of €17m. Beto will be present in Florence to undergo a medical as a new player for Fiorentina.

According to information from Sky Italia, Beto is moving from Everton FC to Italy for a fee of 18 million euros. He is expected in Florence on Monday for his medical.

Tuttomercato reports that Fiorentina has submitted an official offer of 20 million euros to Everton for Beto. Beto has been identified as the main alternative if the transfer for Zirkzee is not completed.

Tuttomercato has reported that Beto is still expected to leave Everton and that Fiorentina has already made an official offer for him.

According to sources, Fiorentina remain in dialogue over a move for Beto. Fiorentina's interest has increased as the club assesses options with Moise Kean set to leave. Sources insist that contact is ongoing. The talks with Fiorentina have not yet resulted in a formal bid, but one is still being discussed, even though Fiorentina are close to signing Zirkzee from Manchester United. Sources have stated that Everton will only allow Beto to leave if they secure a replacement. Everton will listen to and await any formal offers.

FirenzeViola reports that Fiorentina has identified Beto, who is currently at Everton, as a suitable attacker should Moise Kean be sold to Como. Beto has expressed his desire to leave the Premier League and return to Italy. Everton's management has clarified that they do not want to release Beto without first securing an adequate replacement. The failure of the Liam Delap deal from Chelsea has temporarily blocked the operation, preventing Everton from approving Beto's transfer. Everton will continue to block the transfer until they secure a new forward for Sean Dyche's squad.

Beto is the leading candidate to replace Moise Kean at Fiorentina. Fabio Paratici stated before the match at the Olimpico that he was searching for a striker of equal or greater value than Kean. Beto has played two years at Everton with a total of 111 appearances and 25 goals.

Sky Sport Italia reports that Fiorentina is interested in Everton striker Beto as one option for replacing Moise Kean. Beto has a contract with Everton until June 2027 and earns an annual salary of 3,128,340 euros in England.

As the summer transfer window nears its end, Moise Kean's future at Fiorentina is uncertain, and the club is preparing for his potential departure. Fiorentina has turned down a 30 million offer for Kean from Como, which might make an improved bid. Consequently, Fabio Paratici is searching for a new center-forward. Among the profiles being considered is Beto, a 28-year-old Portuguese player who formerly played for Udinese. Beto is currently at Everton and has a contract there until 2027. The forward represents Guinea-Bissau at the international level and joined his current club in August 2023. According to Transfermarkt, he has a market value of €18.00m. Leeds United have also been linked with the player.
