The offensive midfielder's contract, which was originally scheduled to run until the end of the season, was ended by mutual agreement, allowing him to join a new club on a free transfer. The following day, Raja Casablanca, the fourth-placed team in the Moroccan top league, confirmed the signing of Halimi, with both parties agreeing to a contract lasting until June 30, 2027. The midfielder has 32 caps and 3 goals for Kosovo. In the 2025/2026 season for his former club, he made 17 appearances in the Betclic 1 Liga, scoring one goal and providing two assists.
