Cracovia president Mateusz Dróżdż confirmed in a conversation with Tomasz Ćwiąkała that Benjamin Mendy was offered to the club before he ultimately signed for Pogoń Szczecin in September. Dróżdż also suggested that he believes such players are generally in circulation among the biggest clubs in Poland and not just offered to his team.
