Toronto FC is finalizing a deal to sign Chile international center back Benjamin Kuscevic, who also holds Croatian nationality, from Fortaleza. The transfer is a loan with a purchase option. Kuscevic is 29 years old and has 14 caps for Chile. He regularly plays in Brazil's top flight and was formerly with Palmeiras. He joined Fortaleza in January 2025, and his contract is due to expire at the end of 2028. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €2.00m.
