Jagiellonia Białystok, in their search for a new central midfielder, expressed interest in acquiring Bartosz Wolski, a 29-year-old Polish player and the captain of Motor Lublin. According to Tomasz Kupisz on portal X, the transfer failed because the two sides could not reach a financial agreement. Despite this, Wolski is still anticipated to join a new club. Piotr Koźmiński of Goal.pl stated that GKS Katowice is now finalizing a transfer for him. The midfielder's contract with Motor Lublin contains a release clause of 100,000 PLN, which was included when he extended his deal following previous interest from GKS Katowice during the winter. Wolski has been capped twice for the Poland U20 team and recorded 6 goals and 7 assists in 34 Ekstraklasa appearances during the 2025/2026 season.
