Siemaszko's contract with Puszcza expired at the end of June, enabling him to join Polonia on a free transfer. He has previously played for Puszcza Niepołomice, Zagłębie Lubin, Stomil Olsztyn, Arka Gdynia, and GKS Tychy. Throughout his Ekstraklasa career, he made 37 appearances, scoring five goals and providing one assist, primarily for Puszcza Niepołomice. Last season, he finished with one goal in eight matches.
