Artur Andreichyk, a 20-year-old Ukrainian right-back, has joined FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt on loan for the 2026/27 season from Ukrainian top-flight club FK Oleksandriya, and will wear the number 77 shirt. The transfer was finalized after he impressed coach Fabian Gerber and the sporting management during a trial period, which included a test match against Hessen Kassel. The move is intended to strengthen the right side of defense after the departure of Ben-Luca Moritz. Andreichyk has prior experience in German football, having played 75 Regionalliga matches for SV Wacker Burghausen, scoring three goals and providing five assists. RWE Managing Director Franz Gerber stated that the player presented himself very well in training and the trial, brings speed and dynamism, and that his experience gives the club another interesting option at right-back. Andreichyk joined FK Oleksandriya in February 2026 and has a contract with the club until May 31, 2029. His market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €50k.
