According to SkySportDE, Hamburger SV and Arthur have reached a verbal agreement in principle. The source adds that Hamburger SV are now in negotiations with Bayer 04 Leverkusen over a loan deal without an option to buy. The agreement now depends on the clubs, but the deal is not done yet.
