Arthur Atta leaving Udinese?
Tuttomercato reports that several Premier League clubs described as giants are interested in Arthur Atta for the upcoming transfer window and are pursuing him for June. According to the report, Udinese does not want to sell Arthur Atta unless there are extremely high offers. His valuation is around 30 million euros with a positive outlook, and there is hope it could reach around 40 million euros if he maintains his current performance level for another six months.
Gianluca Nani stated that the idea is to keep Atta, explaining that they would never want to sell their most important players mid-season. He gave an example from last year when a very important club insisted on Lucca in the last hours of the transfer market, but they did not sell him because they had objectives to achieve. Nani said a sale depends on many factors, including their ambitions, league position, and the intensity of the offer, adding that if exceptionally high offers are made, they would have to be considered. He stated the concept is clear that they do not want to sell the most important players at least until the end of the season. Nani said that they do not seek to sell Atta. He also mentioned that some player could be sold if requests arrive and if he is not considered fundamental.
Journalist Nicolò Schira reported that Udinese has set the price for Arthur Atta at 40 million euros. Atta is a 22-year-old central midfielder of French-Beninese nationality. Several Serie A clubs and clubs from other leagues are interested in him, but Udinese does not intend to sell the player in January. Atta joined the club in July 2025 and is contracted until 2029. His current market value is €12.00m, according to Transfermarkt. In the current Serie A season, he has made 11 appearances, scored one goal, and provided two assists.
