Czech club Karviná made an official transfer offer of 1.5 million euros to Luhansk's Zorya for the 21-year-old Ukrainian U-21 winger, Artem Slesar. The president of the Luhansk club, Yevhen Heller, rejected the proposal. Heller believes Slesar is worth considerably more than the amount offered by the Czech league representative.
