Following media reports of interest from Krasnodar, 23-year-old Russian midfielder Artyom Karpukas confirmed that no one from the club has personally discussed a move with him. Karpukas is currently in negotiations with Lokomotiv over a new contract, as his current deal expires in the summer of 2027. He stated that his priority is to stay, but an agreement has not yet been reached, and proposals have been made by both sides. According to 'RB Sport', the player also mentioned that he needs to play well to either remain at Lokomotiv or attract good offers.
