As the transfer window in the USA was closing on March 26, Andrey called again on March 25, informing Churilov that the American side had reached a decision concerning Dashkovets. Bukovyna needed to proceed quickly because of time zone differences and confirmed their agreement to the transfer at approximately 21:30 Kyiv time on March 26.
