Arkadiusz Najemski's contract with Motor Lublin expires at the end of June and has not been extended. In an interview with "Przegląd Sportowy Onet", Najemski stated that he hopes to receive an offer from a club in the Ekstraklasa. Najemski believes that he will remain in the Ekstraklasa and is looking forward to helping the team he joins.

Arkadiusz Najemski is no longer with Motor Lublin and is now located outside the area of the capital of Lublin Voivodeship. He expressed dissatisfaction with the manner in which he was informed about his departure, stating that he and others learned about it from fans at the stadium following the last league match, and not from club officials. He believes the situation could have been handled in a better and more humane way.

Motor Lublin will not extend the contract of 30-year-old Polish Centre-Back Arkadiusz Najemski, which is set to expire at the end of June. The club did not activate an option included in the contract to extend it for another twelve months. Najemski joined the club in February 2021 and has two caps for the Poland U18 team. His current market value is €300k, according to Transfermarkt. It is not currently known where he will continue his career.
