Śląsk Wrocław confirmed the loan signing of Antoni Klimek from Puszcza Niepołomice with a purchase option. The loan is for one year. The club aims to bolster their squad following the departure of two wingers, Mateusz Żukowski to 1.FC Magdeburg and Arnau Ortiz to Atlético Madrid's reserves. The latter transfer has increased Śląsk's budget by 300 thousand euros. Klimek, who was once on the verge of joining AE Larisa, has ties to Wrocław, having been born there and spent time training at the club's academy. With an uncertain situation at Puszcza Niepołomice and having played just 20 minutes this season, he is seeking new opportunities. His contract with Puszcza Niepołomice is valid until June 2027, and his market value is currently estimated at €350k by Transfermarkt.
