Karpaty are showing interest in 23-year-old Ukrainian goalkeeper Anton Zhylkin, who plays for the first league club Inhulets. Negotiations between the management of the clubs have reached the final stage. Zhylkin's father, Gennady Zhylkin, was a goalkeeper for Karpaty in 1993. Zhylkin, who joined Inhulets in July 2024, has a contract that runs until June 30, 2027, and made 26 appearances in the Persha Liga during the 2025/2026 season; his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €150k.
