Go Ahead Eagles Deventer have made an inquiry about 28-year-old Anton Donkor. Donkor’s contract at Schalke, which is for around €800,000, expires at the end of the season. S04 might not require a transfer fee, with the priority being to save the left-back’s salary from the winter onward, as he has not played a role for the first team for a long time. The German-Ghanaian defender joined the club on August 4, 2026, and has four caps for the Germany U20 team. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €400K. Heidenheim and OFI have also been linked with the player.
