Fabrizio Romano reports there has been contact with Feyenoord regarding Anel Ahmedhodzic, a 27-year-old Bosnian-Herzegovinian centre-back. He transferred from Sheffield United to Rotterdam a year ago in a transfer valued at €6.9 million. Ahmedhodzic, who has 24 caps for Bosnia-Herzegovina, was not included in the squad for Feyenoord's league opener. A figure above €10m is considered sufficient to secure his transfer, although his former club is interested in re-signing him. His contract with the Dutch club is valid until June 2029, his market value is €10.00m according to Transfermarkt, and Southampton have also been linked with the player.
