Ukrainian First League club FC Chernihiv has invited Dynamo Kyiv's 36-year-old Ukrainian winger Andriy Yarmolenko to join their team. The club's press office stated that they have made a No. 7 jersey for Yarmolenko and will observe how the situation develops. Yarmolenko's current contract with the Kyiv club is valid until the summer of 2026. It was previously reported that Kazakh club Aktobe is also interested in the player. He joined Dynamo Kyiv in July 2023 and has 125 caps and 46 goals for the Ukrainian national team. In the current 2025/2026 Premier Liga season, he has made 10 appearances and scored 2 goals. His current Transfermarkt market value is €1.20m.
