Although Santos had a remarkable season on loan at Strasbourg, contributing to 17 goals and competing in the Club World Cup, Chelsea is steadfast in their refusal to consider any bids, perceiving West Ham's continued interest as impractical. Santos, under contract with Chelsea until 2030, is valued by Transfermarkt at €35 million (around £29.5 million) and has also attracted interest from Juventus and Aston Villa.
