According to a report on X from Sportitalia journalist Luca Cilli, Pisa are close to signing 31-year-old Italian striker Andrea Petagna from Monza, with negotiations between the clubs already well advanced. The transfer would reunite the striker with current Pisa manager Paolo Bianco, who coached Petagna at Monza last year. Petagna, who has one cap for Italy, scored four goals and provided three assists in 32 Serie A appearances for Monza last season. His contract with Monza runs until June 30, 2027, and he has a current market value of €2.50m, according to Transfermarkt.
