Südtirol is interested in signing Andrea Luongo, an 18-year-old Italian central midfielder, on loan from Torino. It has not yet been determined whether Torino will proceed with the initial plan to loan him out or decide to keep him in the first team, following his brilliant pre-season. Luongo has made six appearances for the Italy U18 team, scoring one goal. His contract with Torino runs until 2029.
