According to Tuttomercato, 28-year-old Italian defender Andrea Cistana is expected to leave Spezia. He made only seven appearances in Serie B during the first part of the season. The report states that Bari is showing interest in the player and Avellino has also made contact with Spezia for the defender. Spezia is reportedly considering Alessandro Pio Riccio from Sampdoria as a potential replacement for Cistana. Cistana joined Spezia in July 2025, and his contract runs until June 30, 2027. Transfermarkt estimates his market value to be €750k.
