Alexander Axén is convinced that Amel Mujanic's time at AIK is over. Axén observed that AIK coach José Riveiro did not like the central midfielder, noting Riveiro's visible reactions to Mujanic's mistakes during matches. Axén stated that he is convinced Mujanic has done his part at AIK. Mujanic was left out of the squad for two of the last three matches and was not included at all in the match against Elfsborg. The 25-year-old Swedish and Bosnia-Herzegovinian player joined AIK in January 2026 and has a contract until the end of 2030. He has made 16 appearances in the Allsvenskan this season and has a current market value of €800K according to Transfermarkt.
